Cancellation Policy – ​​The Muse Clinic

At La Muse Clinique, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur and that you may need to change or cancel your appointment. Our cancellation policy has been put in place to ensure the best possible management of our schedules and to provide quality service to all our clients.

Dear Customers,

We strive to provide excellent care to you and the rest of our clients. Your care and treatment are a priority to us. We also ask that you respect your specialist’s time and expertise.

In order to be consistent with this, we have implemented a cancellation policy that allows us to properly schedule appointments for our clients, respecting your time, the next client’s time and the specialist’s time.

1. Cancellation or modification of an appointment

We ask that you give a MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS notice before your appointment in the event that you are unable to attend. If you miss an appointment without contacting us, it is considered cancelled. Additionally, if a client is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, it will be considered a cancelled appointment, and that appointment will be rescheduled. Additionally, if you miss more than 3 (three) appointments, we reserve the right to no longer serve you.

2. No-Show

The $120 booking fee will be paid at the time of booking and will be deducted during your treatments. In the event of non-compliance with the policy, this fee will be non-refundable.

3. Late arrivals

Late arrival of more than 30 minutes: If you arrive late for your appointment by more than 30 minutes, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for another time. Depending on availability, we will do our best to accommodate your treatment, but the time available may be reduced so as not to disrupt subsequent appointments.

4. Modifications by La Muse Clinique

On rare occasions it may be necessary for the clinic to change or cancel an appointment. Should this happen we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule your appointment at a date and time that suits you.
